1 General Terms and Acceptance

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and klwin12 ("Platform", "We" or "klwin12"). By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the klwin12 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

klwin12 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. We also reserve the right to suspend or close accounts found not to meet eligibility requirements or that use false information.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

klwin12 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users:

• DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking (including major local banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is RM50. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request has been approved by our finance team.

All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), except for cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals which are subject to current market exchange rates. klwin12 does not charge any additional processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are prohibited for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

klwin12 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus — 120% up to RM1,000

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Additional rules relating to bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members.
• klwin12 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or through exploitation of the system.
• Any wagering considered to carry no genuine risk, such as betting on both sides of the same outcome with different players, may not count as valid wagering toward bonus requirements.
• klwin12 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

klwin12 VIP Programme

Active klwin12 members are eligible to join our VIP programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — from 0.2% for the Bronze tier to 1.2% for the Diamond tier. Progression through VIP tiers depends on your continued gaming activity on the platform.

5 Game Rules and Conduct

klwin12 users are required to uphold fair and responsible standards of conduct while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots or third-party systems to play or manage bets.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or the bonus system.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical or other means.
• Conducting any activity intended to launder money through the klwin12 platform.
• Providing misleading or false information to the support team or during the KYC process.
• Using offensive language, making threats or harassing other users or klwin12 staff.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an invalid win, klwin12 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore the account balance to its state prior to the error. Users are not entitled to claim winnings arising from such technical errors.

All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) whose fairness and accuracy of operation have been verified. klwin12 has no control over individual game outcomes.

6 Account Security and Privacy

The security of your account is a priority for klwin12. You are fully responsible for:

• Choosing a strong password and keeping it secure.
• Not sharing your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Ensuring you log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to our support team promptly.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, klwin12 reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance while an investigation is conducted. The final decision regarding the return of the balance will be determined based on the outcome of that investigation.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the klwin12 customer support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Disclaimer of Liability

klwin12 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, klwin12 disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

klwin12 is not responsible for:

• Any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, server failures or inability to access the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment providers.
• Any financial loss suffered as a result of gambling decisions made by the user.
• Unauthorised use of the platform resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.

In any event, klwin12's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

klwin12 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform users of significant changes via notifications on the platform or by email.

It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the klwin12 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties shall be referred to arbitration or the appropriate tribunal as agreed upon by the parties involved.
